Agents, with a checkpoint

Graph design

One thread per customer, one hard stop.

Each flagged customer gets their own saved graph run, so dozens can be worked in parallel and each waits for approval on its own.

  1. SignalFlag and explain
  2. DiagnosePick a branch
  3. Fix · Offer · EscalateOne of three
  4. DraftExact message
  5. PauseStaff approve
  6. Send, trackThen learn

The diagnoser's answer picks the branch through a conditional edge. Escalations skip the drafting and go straight to a person.

One small change from the first sketch: the outreach message is drafted before the pause, so staff approve the exact words the customer will read, not just the idea. They can edit it, approve it or reject it. The interrupt holds the thread until they do.

Unit of work
