Agents, with a checkpoint

Outage Detective

Notice it, explain it, say it plainly.

Three agents with separate jobs. None of them can change the network.

  1. Watcher

Runs customer-like checks and reads ticket text for clusters, such as "Crave won't load".

  2. Investigator

Looks for what the failures share: a packet size, a route, a firmware version, a region.

  3. Communicator

Drafts the internal incident note, a status update and a script for support staff.

The investigator ends with a short case file: a likely cause, the evidence for it, and a suggested fix, such as rolling back one firmware group or moving traffic off one circuit. An engineer reads it and decides. The approval inbox shows the case beside the drafts.
